1/2c tapioca pearls
2 black tea bags
1/4t vanilla extract
- Prepare the tapioca pearls according to the packet and drain. Stir through 1/2T of the honey to coat the pearls.
- Pour 1c of boiling water over the tea bags in a heatproof jug. Steep for 3 minutes.
- Remove the teabags and add the remaining honey. Add 1c of cold water and stir through the vanilla.
- Divide the tapioca pearls between two tall glasses and add the tea. Top with milk. *you can add a drizzle of honey to the inside of the glasses at this point if you like.
