Honey Caramelized Bananas (serves 2)

  • Are you ready for one of the easiest but most delicious desserts (or breakfast if you’re into that). 


2 bananas sliced lengthwise 

1/4t ground cinnamon 

4t Jeremy’s whipped honey

1t butter

To serve

Vanilla bean yoghurt 



  1. Sprinkle the cinnamon onto the flesh of the bananas and slather a teaspoon of honey onto each slice. 
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place the banana slices flesh down onto the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until the flesh has darkened and caramelized. 
  3. Serve on top of the yoghurt with granola sprinkled over top.
